INTENT

Curious – children will have opportunities to explore the world around them and learn through their play and environment. Children are encouraged to ask questions and explain their answers.

Ethical – children will have access to a wide range of learning materials which will be carefully considered  in terms of diversity and inclusion.

Aspirational – children will have access to high level vocabulary,  problem solving, have subject experts involved in the curriculum planning and use a systematic approach to learning in phonics and maths.

Creative – children will be given many opportunities to be creative including problem solving activities, creating stories, role playing, exploring art and design techniques and making music.
