Welcome from the Headteacher

Welcome to our website which aims to give you a flavour of the life and work at Charlbury Primary School. Our school serves a wonderful community covering the town of Charlbury and its surrounding villages.

Our children are at the heart of every decision we make – our goal is for them to feel safe and valued, enabling them to thrive. We prepare our children to become socially conscious, morally driven and academically successful individuals who are ready for the challenges of tomorrow.

Since joining the River Learning Trust in 2019, we have continued to thrive on our journey towards excellence. Education is best done in partnership between home and school, and we regard parents as an active partner in their child’s education and value their interest and support.
